Does the metal type boost it? Because I pulled a +1 holy longsword of GUB today, ML10 no RR.

metal types does not add to ml.

metal properties do not change the min lvl requirements.

For instance:
+5 full plate is min lvl 8
+5 mithral full plate is min lvl 8 (even though it has higher max. dex bonus)
+5 adamantine full plate is min lvl 8 (even though it offers additional DR)

What's the value though?
Thinking somewhere between 700k and 1 mill...maybe more?
Especially with the transmuting change, value should increase (*maybe* next month but dont hold me to that).

This is also why I believe that the price of scales is high.
In comparison, considering all ingredient costs to make a similar weapon, you couldnt come close.
Either scales are overpriced or this khopesh is worth even more than 1.2 mil.

Sounds pretty close. It seems to me that there are still a lot of players who have not concerned themselves yet with acquiring a silver/good weapon for the next mod. A mineral II is worth double that.

A very comparable weapon (min II) can be had by running shroud, and you make plat doing that....and its good for all Dr monsters not just 1 monster type.
