Go WF, it's undoubtely the best choice for a pure kensai fighter.
Start with these stats:
18
15
14
8
10
6
If you don't have a +2 dex tome, lower wisdom to 8 and up dex to 16.
Feats:
1. Luck of Heroes.
1 (Fighter). Weapon Focus: Slashing
2 (Fighter). Khopesh
3. Iron Will
4 (Fighter). Weapon Specialization: Slashing
6. Two Weapon Fighting
6 (Fighter). Improved Two Weapon Fighting.
8 (Fighter). Improved Critical: Slashing.
9. Power Attack
10 (Fighter). Greater Weapon Focus: Slashing
12. Greater Weapon Specialization: Slashing
12 (Fighter). Greater Two Weapon Fighting.
14 (Fighter). Oversized Two Weapon Fighting
15. Toughness
16 (Fighter). Quickdraw
18. Lightning Reflexes
18 (Fighter). Superior Weapon Focus: Slashing
20 (Fighter). Stunning Blow.
Enhancements:
Enhancement: Fighter Haste Boost IV
Enhancement: Fighter Extra Action Boost II
Enhancement: Fighter Strategy Stunning Blow I
Enhancement: Fighter Strenght III
Enhancement: Fighter Toughness II
Enhancement: Warforged Toughness I
Enhancement: Warforged Healers Friend I
Enhancement: Warforged Power Attack III
Enhancement: Warforged Tactics I
Enhancement: Warforged Construct Thinking I
+ all kensai enhancements and both weapon specalization enhancements.
Stunning blow and the 3 APs used for higher DC is highly optional, but I recommend you atleast try it. It's a nice feat.
Quickdraw is a must have. The save feats are very good on a fighter, far better than another toughness for example.
Could go dodge / mobility / spring attack instead of the save feats. But that's 3 ref and 3 will save and 1 fort save down the drain.
And 4 moving to hit wont really make that much of a difference on a pure fighter, they'll have amazing to hit anyways.

Since w/p despite rumors works almost as well on beta as live he could also take improved crit pierce as useing a w/p rapier without it is like shooting yourself in the foot.
And why does he need this as a "must have"?
Quick Draw
Usage: Passive
You can draw and fire throwing weapons more rapidly.
Swap IC: Slashing for Pierce obviously. When you get mineral I mean.
Quick draw
Usage: Passive
You can draw and fire throwing weapons, change armor, and draw your melee weapons faster.
Hidden Effect: Boosts (such as haste boost) and skills activation delay is reduced by half.
Meaning that it only takes 0,6 seconds to activate a haste boost and start swinging instead of 1,2 seconds.

oh? I did not know that Omni.

My Kensii Fighter is currently Human 14/2 Fighter Rogue, will finish 18/2.. Gtr TWF Heavy Picks (Min II & Trip Pos) Max UMD(not best but good)and max intim. W/power attack & CE for tank times. IC-pierce of course and WF/WS-Imporved WF/WS Pierce, etc. plus others I've forgotten to mention.
Max STR (+2 tome)
Started 16 Dex (w/+2 tome)
Does great as main tank mode (Leviks Shield and CE and such) in most situtations, though never tried Sully. (I leave that to the WF folk)
If your looking for evasion in your build, this one works great.
As a side note, Kensi 18 figther 2 Monk is a VERY viable build as well and I struggled with the choice for a long time, finally settling on UMD as my personal choice but there are VERY good reasons to take the Monk side as well.

If we shrank our solar system to the size of a Quarter, and lay it at your feet, the Milky Way galaxy would still be larger than North America. ~NASA Perspective anyone?
I decided to go strait fighter till 20 and use dwarf for the axe hit and dmg mods. This link
http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...51&postcount=4 has a setup thats is already having me hit more often and for real nice dmg. Aranticus really does have some nice builds for players to use!
I've know Shugar (Aranticus) a long time he does do a nice job in design and sharing builds...
On a side note... I am going Kensai with my main... a 32 point human pure fighter who's been put thru the ringer on and off over the years. She'll end up a top str a human can be and TWF Kensai (of course lacking any WF PA bonus' or Halfling guile bonus - btw Halflings are the lead DPS race due to guile if you can fit it in despite the lower str they're little monsters) but AP's are tight on Kensai to begin with... She also is going to be able to function as a moderate tank though ... Turn off PA turn on CE and slap a shield on in place of her off-hand Khopesh. Thus is flexible. Aranticus also has been dabling down that path ... fact is he rerolled what was his main to be one very similar to my current stats and feat specs.
Here's the thread by gfunk - much respected forum DPS number cruncher - http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=174906
Now then like him... I am going to tell you... true practical DPS has so many variables and that which affects it most when you have a high output character is how you play it.

♣ A Baker's dozen in the Prophets of the New Republic and Fallen Heroes. ♣
Abaigeal(TrBd25), Ailiae(TrDrd2), Ambyre(Rgr25), Amilia(Pl20), Einin(TrRgr25), Emili(TrFgt25), Heathier(TrClc22), Kynah(TrMnk25), Meallach(Brb25), Misbehaven(TrArt22), Myara(Rog22), Rosewood(TrBd25) and Sgail(TrWiz20) little somethings with flavour 'n favour
Should note that the hidden effect - is actually the only effect.
It's bugged so it doesn't actually let you attack faster with throwing weapos, or switch armors quicker. Or even switch weapons quicker (the actual switching has always been instant anyways)
What it lets you do is attack sooner after you switch a weapon.
And due to a bug - attack sooner after you use any type of boost/ability. It doesn't make haste boost activate any faster, it just allows you to start swining 0.6 seconds after it's activated, instead of 1.2.
Once/If thats ever fixed, I wouldn't call it a worthwhile feat on a fighter.. But because of how it works now, it is a useful one for someone who makes good use of the action boosts.
do u have 32 point builds? do you have patience to grind for a +3 dex tome?
DPS/Intimitank
If you want to know why...
No 32 build yet. Most i got so far is drow unlocked. I do have the patience to farm for tomes but time can be lacking since i work 44 or more hours a week. My plan atm is to find spots to farm for tomes and build up a nice collection for when i make more characters. I am definatly gonna get the new class coming out. Can not wait to see how many builds spring up for it on first day of release.
