So I only get 1 day off work most weeks and don't get much time normally to deal with stuff like calling into your extremely limited hours of phone support.
I had my girlfriend try to call for me while I was at work yesterday, and she sat on hold for over an hour before getting hung up on. On top of that, when she called yesterday it was an hour after the supposed "opening" before the recording stopped saying "Our offices are currently closed."
Simply, I just want to reactivate my subscription, which was a pre-order account from before release. I like the changes I've read about, and want to play again.
I update all my billing and profile info successfully, and get the message about "unable to update account info" when I try to subscribe. It says specifically on the screen "try again."
So I do try again a couple hours later. My bank account now has TWO charges on it now for $1 from Turbine, which I'm sure will turn into $15 charges on Monday, but my account still says "inactive" on my act management web page.
The kicker, I really want to play, and this is the only day off I'm going to get for a 15 day time span. This started on Thursday so I've been TRYING to get this straightened out in time for my day off, but was unable to.
The phone support hours are about as unaccommodating as it gets for anyone that has a NORMAL life schedule, which I don't, so it's even worse.
What really gets me is all the replies I'm seeing on these forums from Turbine that say 1 simple thing that anyone with half a a brain cell would think of, and then to CALL.
Don't tell people to call when no one is working that 4 hour and 45 minute shift call center, which apparently only has 1 employee that has an attendance problem.

Not that I'm expecting any help at this point, especially after this post, but if you could unlock my account or whatever is wrong with it, that would be super.
