Superior Devotion on Monks...

I've been reading through the monk forums for a little while now, and I'm noticing superior devotion mentioned as a benefit. Is this correct, and could someone please give a brief summary of the max benefit and level you can receive from one item? Does it need to be Superior Dev. I II III IV V etc? Currently the monk abilities that can be enhanced via items and enhancements (Breath of the Fire Dragon, Healing Ki) are considered "first level spells". Therefore, Superior <stuff> 1 items will help these abilities, as would things like Cleric Life Magic.

Superior Devotion I has a lower level, thus leaving room for more useful things. I'm continually on the lookout for Superior Devotion I of Concentration +?...Superior Potency I would work too, but the Concentration + would be a tiny bit smaller. Superior Potency would affect that Burning Hands Finishing Move...but, uhm...yeah, good luck getting good use out of that...

Just so you know on my pure monk with a sup. pot. item on I do about 60pts dam. with the fire finisher to everyone i hit with it. I round them up and do the move and hit them all. If you have multiple fire buttons on your bar it goes off very quickly.
