These enhancements have an extremely high cost for the benefits gained. Please lower the cost to be more reflective of the power gained.

Tier 1 - 2 AP for these seems to be all right. Other +1 Hit Enhancements cost a similar amount.

Follower of Vulkoor

Tier 2 - 4 AP for something that has a 10 minute cooldown is pretty lame...Please consider lowering the cooldown of these abilities OR lower the AP cost to something more reasonable...
