Quick question

It is nice and all but I am not talking about plagiarism, others like yourself added that into it. I am talking about photos, illustrations, videos and even some quotes of others. Writings of others is not the topic. Staying focused on the topic will helps all of us out.

if others want a example of what I am talking about then here it goes.

When people posts such things as infants or kids in general, like what I saw a month or so ago. Are they your kids when you post it? I personally find it creepy to post photos of kids, but that is just me. The point of this example is what permission do you have from the parents of those photos to post their kids? More importantly is that even right to post photos of anyones kids not being that child's parent(s)?

if you read the links i provided you would have understood

a parent takes a picture of a kid, post it on photobucket but does not list it as private is taken as given his/her permisson to use the picture because they signed away their rights to that picture. if the same parent posts the same picture on his/her private website and no one else, express permission has to be given for the picture to be used

the problem here isnt about the use of pictures but rather for people to be LESS IGNORANT or LESS LAZY and to LOOK at ToS before they click "I AGREE"

This is a forum about the earth being flat. most of the people there believe it, some of them are just there to have a good debate. I think you'll fit right in.

In that respect you don't seem to understand that I don't care if you like me. This isn't a popularity contest. This is obviously about your bruised ego and your inability to recognize what people are telling you.

And seriously if your really wondering why people keep coming back and telling you the same things over and over again. It is because even despite (or in this case maybe in spite of) the devs locking your threads you keep coming back in what you "THINK" are clever ways of skirting the same exact issue and you return to blaming everyone else for YOUR issues.

Seeing I am posting this in the off-topic your conclusion is invalid and without merit. If you are saying only I post on non game topics then I kindly ask you look at the forum. Not all are on DDO or the game. If we are not on a debate forum, then why do people debate on the forums? You will need to clarify that minor flaw in your wording.

What are your thoughts of the topic at hand as posted on page one? Insight into what you think is welcome, being rude and disruptive will not help anyone.

I responded to people asking me questions of the topic. I have no desire to go off topic, but like you, you are off topic. Talking about me hardly shows you are concerned about the topic and more concerned about the person. If you have nothing insightful to add about the topic as was stated on page one....why even bother worrying about it? My conversation with you has ended as derailing seems clear of your intent. We aren't giving opinion, we are telling you what the law on use of the images us.

Several people in this thread have identified themselves as experts on the topic, and even a basic google search would confirm what we are telling you.

I hardly think grammar classes coming from you would have a leg to stand on. You can claim to be whatever you want on the internet...does not make it any more true.
And a side note, if you going to give anyone help with writing and the like, you might wish to look into it yourself. Forums do not general like spelling/grammar police if you did not know already. I would ask you keep your snide remarks to me from any pMs to yourself....its unbecoming
