no, some quests are free for everyone and some are to buy
if you play only the free ones, you dont have to pay anything
also, with favor, which you earn while playing, you get turbine points for which you can buy then new adventure packs0Love Life of an Ooze: One ooze. Idiot hits ooze. Two oozes.
