monk alignment problem

I was all ready to sub monk, had purchased some pricey gear for when i leveld, then I go talk to a monk trainer and he tells me i need to be lawful!!

if there any way to fix this or am i totally out of luck? i know there is no way to change my alignment..but maybe theres some other way i dont know about?

monks have always had the prerequisite of being LAWFUL.

You are out of luck. You should have paid attention to alignment requirements for the various classes. They are well published.

respecs are comming my guess it will let you change alignment too ... monks are always lawful its part of there class structure

that way you cant be barbarian or bard monk

and that is why you dont see those splashes

i would suggest rouge if you are just looking for evasion.

ahem, you mean rogue. or were you suggesting the need for make up to the individual. if so sorry.

yea but if he was doing that, it would be better to always start as rogue then go into something else due to the bonus skill points and pumping up UMD, etc.

FYI dont forget about alignment based items like Ring of the Ancestors, Good Only not UMD-able, and Chaosguarde's are Lawful but you can UMD those. You get the point.

he is a rogue with high UMD, thats why i never realy think about alignment on him. and its not like i didnt pay attention to his alignment, I made this char on the first day the game was live, monk was not even in the game yet!

well i guess il have to be stuck with ether caped dex bonus with padded or low AC with cloth, unless there is some quest reward that can give me +5 stability items!

oh, well i didnt think they stacked, but if they do thats even better than monk sub for my playstyle

Could be a camber problem, look at your tires and see if they are wearing unevenly a sure sign that the alignment is off... (sorry about your prob, hopefully full respec is coming soon w/alignment change)
