Monk DPS has a bad wrap?

Finishers are cool and nice in theroy, but there are some days I have fat finger syndrome and if you mis stroke the key u lose the combo, then at times you can lose finishers for no apparent reason. But like your ideas X

I "disagreed vehemently" sarcastically, as I was more or less quoting what he said to begin his quote to me.
As for the "parroting" and writing what Bobbryan wrote, he more or less agreed with *me*. So yeah, colour me confused, as that was essentially what I was arguing in the first place - that there's a "dps" mentality and that if you're not considered top dps, people equate it with being gimped.

Didn't anyone else see that? :/

Well, I agree that it's all about DPS.

I disagree with the 'max spec' argument you were talking about. And I cited at least 5 classes that were more or less accepted even though they obviously don't have equal DPS. But they have 'enough' DPS.

There's a big difference between enough and needing to be at the top.
