Started that while I was in Florida. So no.. it's just a weird food thing. One of thiose wake up hungry, what do you have in the fridge, Tomatos and A-1, Okay, gonna go buy some food, Open wallet, Okay, not gonna buy food, Eat tomatos and A-1, Not bad type of things.

Yeah, that's why I joined the Air Force. We just went to burger king.

Wouldn't trade my old midnight fry line chow times for anything. Better than Arlith's Burger King, and free to boot.

Game at the rec center til closing time, head over to whoever's barracks room we stashed our uniforms in (required for midnight chow) and hit the burger line....

From there, around the corner to the club til IT closed, then back to the barracks for more gaming.

We had a few like that. Usually, they were smart enough to take the first hints that their purpose was to shut up and learn. If not, we listened, took notes, looked interested, then went and did things the way they were supposed to be done. At the staff meetings, Lt would brief about the changes he had made and how smooth it went, and the boss would look at me and say, "Really?" And I would say, "Absolutely!" with a straight face. The boss would say, "Great!" with an absolutely straight face. It wasn't perfect, but it worked.

Xoriat? what is thing you call Xoriat? I hear rumors of a place called New Xoriat, but it is just an ol'wives tale. There is only Thelanis...... In ancient tomes I read of a place called xoriat that got aborted by the Gods due to it's lack of real signifigance in the realms. It' is said that refugees ported here to Thelanis before their home world was forsaken, These refugees are said to be the ancestors of those that currently dwell in the trailer parks of stormreach as we now know it, enibriated with the smell of their own farts....
