Hi me and 3 of my buddies want to play the trial before the new module comes out and I would appreciate it if we could get them sent as the site does not work.

I'm sorry that you guys have experienced this problem with the trial. I'm not able to get referrals sent at the moment, but I believe that the trial may be working now. I recommend trying that again if you haven't already today. You can find the trial sign up here: http://www.ddo.com/trial/
You can also call the Account Management department for assistance, the info is listed in my signature.

Tried again today, nothing... It just don't work, tried a lot of times and nothing...
If they where to disable the trial why didn't they told to everyone? But a guy could create the trial account with a invite. So, if someone can help sending invite to the mails: <edited> I would apreciate because they want to play before the next module. And if you can help, help also this other guy here asking for invites to his friends too. Hope someone can send a invite.

The email form for the Account Management department requests the card details for verification if you already have an account with a card on file. If you don't have an account, or don't have a card on file, just leave it blank or enter 4 Zeros.
The trial issue should be fully fixed at this point. If you (or a friend or family member) still don't have an account and would like one, please go to http://www.ddo.com/trial/ and sign up.
If you experience any issues with this page (when using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) on or after 7/30/09, then please contact the Account Management department, respond to this post or PM me (if you can). Please be sure to include any error numbers and messages you receive. I will be keeping an eye on this post to be sure and catch any reports of issues.

We tried it again today, at least 10 times. But it really don't work. The error is: "System Error Encountered, please try back again later.". I took a look at the error console, it says that the error is on the code, I checked the code and it's ok, the only problem is that the string finish in another line, so it seens that it don't reconize that the string isn't closed with the ". I will try to send a e-mail to the account management, but hope someone can help, sending us the invite is way easier to everyone. Thanks again for the support.
PS: I tried with diferents navigators just to see if the problem persist... It persist...

Same thing is occuring, even after the return of the beta, they can't create the account, the same error appear:
"System Error Encountered, please try back again later." this time someone know what's going on? Thanks...
If you and/or friends are still experiencing this problem with the trials, there are a few things I can recommend.
-Be sure you're using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to view any Turbine websites, especially if you're entering information.
-Try again in a half hour or hour. Sometimes the issue is a momentary glitch, and the site is fine again in a little while.
-Contact the Account Management department. Please include any error numbers you receive on the website when contacting them. Phone and email options are both available. (However, please note that email turn around right now is a bit slow due to the high volume received recently.)
Thiagobolt and Larusk, please have your friends check their emails later today.
