Trial with existing Turbine account

Hi,

I have an existing Turbine account from LOTR. I've never done a DDO trial and would like to give it a shot, but when I try to sign up for it there is no option to login for existing Turbine accounts and when I enter the same info it tells me that my account already exists.

I'd rather have my accounts for LOTR and DDO under the same Turbine account so I don't have accounts lying all over the place. I couldn't even use my existing Turbine account to post on these forums and had to create this bogus account. /sigh

How can I sign up for a DDO trial using my existing Turbine account that has never had a trial before?

If you contact the Account Management department, they should be able to assist you with this.
