bard could cover an AC tank with high healing Amp
2-3 arcanes could cover 2 WF tanks (a few ranks in scroll mastery and the repair line would be essential)
3-4 clerics/FvS for the rest.
I'd imagine a group with focused healers would expend less Turbine Points, replacing it with Heal/Repair scrolls with the occasional large Heal/Reconstruct. From your completion times, it wouldnt take a huge amount of scrolls per player, simply due to the cooldown. 12 casts a minute x 45 minutes ~ 500 scrolls max for each healer.
With such a large number of people in the healing role, I'd imagine most groups would want to run it back to back and let be exchange roles; as it seems only fair (especially if it still takes a very large amount of potions, since a barbarian cant spend TP on pots then give them to a cleric)
