How long do server transfers take?

I know it said about a sevenday or so at the most, but I dont know how long it's been, can't play on the new server 'til my old pair of guys are there, and my subscription is slowly draining as I wait. Is there something else I'm supposed to do after hitting submit for the transfers besides waiting god-knows-how-long for it to happen? Just wondering, and It's fairly vexing to have to come back to a game I havent been on in a year and find the customer support lacking as it did when the game first came out.

also, I've reviewed other posts with similar issues, and really, 2-3 weeks? for a copy/paste? really?

I understand there's a high volume and all, but wow. customer support really *IS* lacking still in the world of DDO.

One other question: is there any way to cancel the request to transfer my characters? $50 plus a subscription fee because of the length of the transition, really isnt worth the time and money just so I can play the **** game with my sister.

About a month ago there was a dev post saying that with all the work needed for unlimited, such transfers could be expected to take at least 2 weeks.

To cancel, your best bet would be to call turbine directly.
