#1. I can't log into Sarlona, because of the "cleaning up old connection" nonsense.
#2. MOST IMPORTANT: I can't play the game because of my sheer amount of packet loss. I just recently upgraded my hard drive, motherboard, router, and power supply due to a lightning strike frying them. We previously were wired in regards to the internet, but have now chosen to go wireless, as the cords grew irritating. When using the internet, I have no issues whatsoever. However, in game, my packet loss is anywhere from 17-30%. The game is unplayable.
I checked for packet loss on the Technical Support page by Run->cmd->ping ddo.com etc, and my packet loss is 0%, so this is purely a in-game issue.
What can I do?

Brought Windows up to SP2
My drivers are up to date
Firewall has been checked as to not interfere.
