Exclamation Switching from Codemasters to Turbine.

When I bought a copy of Dungeons and Dragons Online Stormreach in early July at a store in Colorado USA, the product key that came with it would not be recognized by Turbine and I instead had to create an account on Codemasters. I live in the United States not in Europe and would very much like to know how I can merge my Codemasters account with my Turbine one. I have a Turbine account due to F2P beta.

I have already sent a note to both Codemasters and Turbine about this but wanted to have a thread here about is as well. Something tells me that this might pop up more seeing that I bought European discs in an American store.

Stores in the US are not supposed to sell Codemaster versions of DDO. If anyone else experiences this, please feel free to return the product to the store and request a refund. Please also submit a report to the Account Management department with the name and location of the store - you may call or email from the links below.

Copies of DDO can still be purchased from the Turbine store and other options may be available once Eberron Unlimited goes live.

AngelicDragon, please keep an eye out for an email from the Accounts Department. You should be receiving it soon.

I cannot return the discs to the store I bought it from since it was in Denver, Colorado at a MicroCenter and I live in Los Alamos New Mexico. I bought them when I was on vacation and only paid $9.99 plus tax. There is no way that I will be able to get my money back on this purchase. The one online is a bit more expensive and with the lost of ten dollars already I am not sure I want to put even more money into this game. I had thought about paying for a monthly account, but I am going to have to keep thinking about that now.

    Thanks for the information.
