I didn't realize there was now a standalone build forum and posted something I worked up for a friend here:

I'm not good at analyzing builds, but from what I've read on these forums, a 9 AC and a 21 AC are basically the same at end-game.. you could save some item slots by not bothering...

Also, your casting stat does not affect SR checks.
