Suggestion: Realistic builds please

Let me clarify so the thread stops being derailed. This has nothing to do with +4 tomes, end vs. mid level playability. This has nothing to do with 1750 favor. This has nothing to do with me at all, other than hearing the complaints of newer players wanting all of that stuff and wanting to quit because they feel their toons will forever be gimped until they do get it (yes it is sad that people do not want to work for it, but thats them, not me).

The posting is a suggestion to hold a place on the forums to put 28/32 point builds that do not require tomes and raid loot to play ... a place where new players can easily find them. Spots have been held for class, race and multi-class builds, but the majority of said builds require +3 tomes and raid loot. I have already said that I will be adding to the builds and commenting on the them as well. By posting, I started on the road to volunteering my time to helping the community. Please stop derailing the thread.

But such a place already exists - the Templates for New Players thread is stickied right at the top of the Welcome New Adventurers forum.
