Tier 4 stances

Anyone got the link or a short explanation for the tier 4 stanes? Used to be in the compendium, but even that was missing some important information.

My main concern is if anyone can confirm the magnitude of the tier 4 stat bonuses and penalties, as the first 3 tiers dosen't follow any logical pattern.

As it currently stands
tier 1 : +2 -2
tier 2 : +2 -2
tier 3 : +3 -2
tier 4 : +? -?

Tier 4 stances provide a +4 stat bonus and -2 stat penalty.
