Default Human Max Str Mod 9

I'm sure I saw this somewhere, but can't find it..

Given everything known so fasr about the gear available in mod 9, is it best to start (Human) fighter at 17 or 18 Strength?I *think* it's odd (w/ human bonus)but can't remember if I'm missing something

    5- Level ups
    3- Fighteryness
    3 - tome
    1- Human
    6 - item
    2 -greensteel

Which would make it even , but am I missing something?

Start with 18. Worst case, you save 6 AP from fighteryness 3.

    Other possible str bonuses:

Exceptional str 1 (you only have +2 listed, but can be as high as +3 total)
    +5 tome (possible)
litany of the dead trinket +1 str
    Star Firefall
    20 Rogue Assasin
Currently on life 42 of 42 (Final Life!)

    Equipped or Innate

    18 - Base
    05 - Level
    06 - +6 STR item
    03 - Fighter Strength III
04 - +4 Tome (I'd list +5, but by the time we get there we will probably be epic, and a whole new score of item modifiers may be present)
    01 - Human Adaptability Strength I
01 - Litany of the Dead
    03 - Exceptional Strength +1 and Exceptional Strength +2
    37 STR

There are several other effects that can add to this, but they are either an even score (which doesn't matter much for your question) or are not easy to stock up on in abundance (+3 Insight bonus to STR potions via collectables).

*Note* It is quite likely I missed something too.

    Thanks all!

Was actually Litany that I was thinking of (not sure if I'd ever get it though)
Will go with the 18 Str.

Also wasn't sure +4 tomes were dropping mod 9, thanks again!

very hard to get some of that and we dont know how commmon +4 tome will be and litany of the dead not very much common there either so most likely 35 will be the best most can hope for

    Just saying...
litany do add +1str, but even if it gets you an even strenght, its still less DPS then tharnes + bloodstone (compared to litany + mentau)..

I'd add power surge to the equation and at least 1 madstone and classic rage, all of these are reliable enough.

I neglected to add in the +4 STR from a tome (standard human slip-of-the-mind ). Thanks for catching that.

Lucky for fighters - thos are Alchemical. Insight wouldn't stack with power surge.

(Amount - Bonus Type - Description)

    18 - Base
    05 - Level
    06 - Enchantment - Str item
    03 - Enhancement - Fighter Strength III
    04 - Inherent - Tome
    01 - Enhancement - Human Adaptability Strength I
01 - Profane - Litany of the Dead
    03 - Exceptional Strength +1 and Exceptional Strength +2
    = 41 Passive
    03 - Alchemical - House D Potion
    04 - Untyped - Double Madstone
06 - Untyped - Triple Scourge Choker (should be 8 but the item is bugged so 6)
    02 - Morale - Rage Spell
    08 - Insight - Kensai Power Surge
02 - Untyped - DDO Store potion of Bulls Might
    = 64 Short Term Buffed

Think thats high? Wait tell you see what Barbarians can hit =)

    Few notes:
Only a few types of str bonuses stack:
Enhancements show as "Feat" bonus in the character sheet, and stack
    Untyped Bonuses always stack
Exceptional bonuses stack - but only if they are difering amounts
