Wtt two lg scales for greensteal gloves and a gs weapon

Yo, looking to make a deal to gear up my new ranger. I am just not sure yet whether I want a rapier or scimitar. Any advice on that decision would not hurt either while we are at it..

Let me know which weapon you would like made and I can have it ready pronto.
As far as advice goes, consider the weapon type and which foes you are most likely to encounter while using it (due to DR).
Personally, I favor rapiers because I find the scimitars ugly.
Not to mention almost all of my TWF are dex based, which is also important to consider in your choice.
If you are using "weapons finesse" I would use rapiers.
Otherwise they are virtually identical in damage output.

I think not.
I have run with him enough to know (for instance last night's elite VOD) that schooling is not something likely to happen, at least from me.
I assume that his new alt is dex based (because I am pretty sure all his others are str based) and damage output in his groups is so incredibly high that this is maybe his first attempt at a dex based alt.
There are other factors to consider also.
If he intends to splash FvS for the elven/scimitar enhancement.
Most of this is speculation because I don't know anything about his character beyond "new ranger lvl 10"
