Launcher is hanging on Examine Programs for about 3 hours now. Anyone else getting hung?

The Turbine Account Maintenance site at http://myaccount.turbine.com will be brought down for maintenance on Thursday, July 16 from 10:00AM to 1:00PM Eastern (-4 GMT). During this time, players will be unable to log into the game, access the free trial site, or make changes to their accounts. Players already in the game when the site is brought down will be unaffected unless they log out or are disconnected. The forums and wikis will remain up, but players will be unable to login.

i was hung when i was born, doctor thought i was twins, kinda scared him i think.

Yes same problem with Launcher siting on Examine Programs for a long time.
