if life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
if life gives you pickles, well you're screwed. because pickleade sucks.
I basically made this forum account just to give you props and rep for taking the time to make this.
Huzzah To You, I Say!!!!!
nice job, who cares about how pretty it is, it works.
Thanks for posting, + 1
I could follow the map. Not that I found it that helpful. Eventually finding your way to the right place is only hard if you don't have underwater action or if you're with some zerger constantly beating you down for taking too long..
Some people obviously found it helpful though. So good for you.
But, I found it funny that some anonymous jerk neg repped you. Probably because he just didn't think your drawing met with his "professional" standards. Of course, his eleven-star but can remain completely anonymous.
It's best not to care what people think of you on this forum. I turned off rep the second I learned that I could.
+1 Rep to whoever has the patience to make a map of this confusing dungeon. This map, Mjoll's and mine are the only ones I am aware of for the Tomb of the Shadow Guard. In truth the dungeon is very linear but since you are forced to swim and move in true 3D it feels very confusing. As for myself I have been turned around more than once going through this quest. See the ddo wiki for information on the dungeon and links to the three maps (including this one); http://ddowiki.com/page/Tomb_of_the_Shadow_Guard
Thanks to the OP for the map.
My regular group (me the wife and our former roomie) struggled hard the first time we did this (with no UA items either I might add!) We're just about to have another go with a better prepared set of Alts but you can bet we'll have this map on a secondary screen as we do!!!!
+1 rep to the OP and a psychic -1 to any **** that can only criticize without showing us how much better they are!
My hint - map free way to do this quest.....just keep swimming to blackness on your map.
It is very linear - you may have to go up or down but there will (based on my having done it mapless 5-6 times before seeing this thread) always be black space on your map in the direction you need to travel. Ie. sometimes you are crossing over parts of the map you already did - but in the direction you are travelling there should be a blank spot in the map. One note - doing it this way I have never gone to the optional (didn't even know one was there til I ran it with a guildie a few levels back).
Works less well if you are doing this a second time right after the first buuuuut.....I don't think many people repeat this quest for some reason

I've just ran this quest and you can't anymore (it's blocked). Anyways getting there is simple : when choosing path, if you take the main route instead of going for the optional invisible Stalker, on the path there'll be 2 glowing-like stones (underwater with their tips above water) : go up on the right and the shrines are there. However, jump is mandatory else they are inaccessible (I used jump boots +7 with a jump potion +10 and haste).
Oh and thanks to the OP btw. I haven't used this map (I found it after doing the quest), nor feel that I would've really needed it (maybe I was just lucky), but it looks right.
DDO wiki has a map. Never had a problem using it to complete.
