    Unhappy Inactive Account?!?!

    I went to go play DDO beta test i have already upgraded my account with the cd key but when i go to play it says that the only world "Lamannia" is closed so i went to turbine and logged in to try and find out what was wrong, but for some reason my account went inactive and i cant do anything in game please help id really like to play

    For some reason beta seems to inactivate after only ten days. Send a report to Turbine Account and eventually they will send you an email saying something like this:

    Thank you for your inquiry. This may have been an issue here on our end. Please try to login to the Beta again to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If you have any additional questions or concerns, please respond to this email, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you,
    The Turbine Customer Service Team
    Then you'll be able to play for a few more days. This exact thing happened to me and now I'm waiting to see if my access ends on July 31st like it says or if indeed I'll be able to continue on until the end of Beta like we're suppose to be able to do.

    This may now be fixed for subscribers. See this post for more information.

    For players who are just in the beta, you can email or call the Accounts department if you're still experiencing this issue.
