Is it bugged?

I am trying to take my ranger level on my 2 rogue/9 ranger. When I get to the feats menu, it gives me 2 boxes, 1 feat, and 1 class feat. I can fill in the first box, but the second won't accept anything. When I drag a feat to it, even the border highlights a little, but when I drop it, it remains blank. The "next" button is still greyed after filling in the first box. Is it bugged or am I just totally missing something. I even closed it out, went through the process several times seeing if that helped. Ideas?

Check favored Enemy.

Look for the highlighted feats. They should stand out from the rest and those are the rangers additional feat options but the options are feats available to rangers. Most likely you need to pick you favored enemy, which shows up as a feat option.
