Cleaning up old connection?

I had the "loading screen of Death" for about ten mins, I alt-tab'd twice and nothing so i alt-f4'd. when I rebooted the account I'm stuck on the main screen with the succubus/thiefling thing... Under the empty loading bar is "Cleaning up old connection" Nothing else is happening, and it's not loading. I checked my other account but It's loading as usual, where the screen is up for about 5 seconds and I'm at the character selection. It's been up for close to an hour now, I figured It might really be doing something. I've restarted DDO and my computer several times, but nothing..... little help please

Ok...this really sucks....how is this fixed?? I can logg into any server except the one that locked up "Ghalanda"

I've been locked out the same way for hours now. No response. 3-5 day turnaround for a ticket. Very disappointing.
