Hi, my characters are "Octavios, Zaknafayn" etc. on the Ghallanda server and this is really my first time using the DDO forums so pardon me if i put this in the wrong place. So to the dilemma, i froze in game so i alt +f4'd to force close ddo and when i tried to log back in it keeps freezing at the log in right before the character select screen. It says "cleaning up old connection" so i left it like that for 2 hours and still nothing, it does this every time i try to log in. Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so how do i fix it?

me too
same thing happened to me. froze on a load screen and forceed quit, then when i tried to log in again i only get a connection speed of .1-.2 kbs at login screen

There was a problem with the Ghallanda server. It is supposed to be fixed now.

hmmmm.... so taking down the servers without warning only made things worse, and now that its worse nothing is being done?
