So I watched 6 expire on the AH at 40-50kpp, so it does not look like they are selling, nor that anyone is placing min bids on them (lowest there was 30kpp). However, neither are they being reposted for lower prices apparently. Still offering to buy one for 10kpp (or 50kpp is perfectly fine if you take Ghallanda $$).
