    Question Skill point respec

So why can we respec our feats and our enhancements but not our skill points? Is it too complicated to put into the game? Does eating int tomes and multiclassing make it impossible for turbine to allow this kind of respecing. I don't really need to respec any of my toons I was just curious. Anyone have the answer?

    No idea why not yet.

I am fairly sure there is already in place a chronological, for lack of a better term, digital record of our character so that they don't accidentally give us an extra 6 skill points when we eat that +2 INT tome our level 16 just pulled and sent down to our level 7 toon. It may be just too much of a pain in the pit fiend to deal with programming that feature when a feat respec has only a few items to keep track of.

Pretty much exactly what you stated. DDO does not keep track of skill point usage at level up or when you ate a tome.

The most viable solution I have seen is a straight one for one exchange of points. That method still has issues with multiclassing and cross class skills though.
