    ahh ok .. got it now...

    Still no glancing blows... and no group/cleave damage...I would at least like the glancing blows to be figured in since they are still available vs. a single target. take say 18 and figure out how many times it hits in 105 swings and add to the total...

    Glad this is getting some talk, hopefully it will get on the Dev's radar when the time comes.
    Some very cool ideas there! Wow I didn't realise glancing blows dealt that much damage, as I only seem to get 5-10pts per attack sequence. When I have a bit of time I'll try t figure in that damage. Can you say how many you get per chain/minute?

    I purposely left out Cleave as it's available to both fighting styles (I think), so all it would do is increase the number of attacks by the same number for each. If you'd like, I can add in 1 Cleave per sequence but all I'd be doing is adding ~5 hits to each side.

    The mention of 2HF being for group combat (vs 2WF for single target) is a great point! I actually like the idea of keeping it that way too with current implementation of Staves not as a dual weapon, as it gives each style their own flavour. So perhaps Sneak Attack on Glancing Blows is the way to go

    Thanks folks!

    I see about 18 with improved twf.. it'll get higher with greater...

    I believe you get glances on 2nd and 5th.. but Eladrin already stated he was going to adjust that so it was in line with the other thf chains...

    So, if you have 30 Str and are a WF Barbarien with both Power Attacks (they stack) and add your stacking rages (cast rage, madstone, blood rage, barbariens rage) 51 Str? I have seen my lvl 13 Barb / 2 Fighter / 1 Sorc Get his Str to 51 is +24 damage, plus WF PA I-III +6, Barbariens PA I-III +6= +32. Multiply by two for a two handed weapon +64? The highest my 13 Barb has achieved is +55, although it lowered his to hit to around +23, it included Barbariens Attack Boost IV, GTHF, & Cloudburst.
    My math is CLEARLY flawed. If anyone can post the true numbers please do. I am making an 'educated?' guess if you can call it that lol.

    Thanks for the numbers Phenx. Will be good to see how it's implemented next month.

    A/O, I may be wrong but I think with what you have you'd get for damage
    +30 (+20 Modifier for 51 STR x 1.5 for 2HF)
    +10 (PA with 2HF)
    +12 (Race & Class PA Enhancement. Not doubled as per standard PA for 2HF?)
    ===
    +52

    But we're talking Rogues here so obviously we're only looking at about a 30STR & without the Barbarian Enhancement lines.
    Funnily enough though, with the Sneak Attack Enhancements my guy currently gets XdY+53, so seems to be a good balance there. Of course, only ~30 of that is rolled int Crits (as opposed the the whole 52 for your Barb) but the extra 8d6 helps bridge the gap.
