Do WF tactics enhancements effect monk finishing moves or stunning blow? I am not sure about this in general.

Stunning blow, yes.
Stunning fist and finishing moves, no.My Videos Shadow Mage (ok, it's a build now)

I had orig. tried to use WF Tactics to boost up my Quivering palm DC-as it was worded that you increase DC on combat attack related checks-but unfortunately, ended up respec'n out of it-as does not work on Monk related attacks-just regular ones.
