    Default weapn effects when twf'ing

Ive heard the backstabing effect on one of your weapons grants the bonus for both weapons. I was wondering if anyone knew if the seeker weapon bonus transfers to both weapons as well?

Does any one know if there is a weapon stat guide that has specifics on stuff like this? im guessing the backstabbing effect is the only effect which transfers but am curious as to other things like cursespewer, paralizers, destruction, rightousness, radiance weapn effect, deception, etc etc.

    Thanks again for your help.

The seeker affect works for both weapons. As for cursespewers, etc. the effects work on the weapon only and does not transfer.

Seeker works on both your weapons too.

Bascially any effect that you can get on items (sneak attack goggle, bloodstone for seeker) work on all your weapons. Weapon specific effects like holy and such only work on the weapon it's on.

Not an exception to the above rule but source of confusion can be similarly named effects that exists on items, destruction, crippling and smiting. The effect description aren't the same as on the weapons, such it's a completely different story.

Seeker and Sneak Attack are the only weapon effects that i know of which work on both weapons.

The default is: It only works for the weapon it is enchanted on.

Backstabbing, Seeker, Shatter, Vertigo and Weighted effects localize on your character and not your weapons, so they apply to whatever you're swinging.

    WEIGHTED??????!!!!!

    Is this true?

Edit: You probably mean the + to Stunning Blow, not the % effect.........

Here's what you are looking for:

    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=59790

It may be a little dated but has a wealth of info on what hits what when and how.

I have this printed out and refer to it often.

Here is a bit from that post on what effects both weapons:

Shatter - increases chance to Sunder*

Vertigo - increases chance to trip*

Weighted - % chance to stunning blow*

Seeker - increases chance to Confirm Critical hits*

Tendon Slice - % chance to Hamstring*

Backstabbing - (+) Bonus to attack and damage while sneak attacking (damage is at 1.5x to hit bonus)*

    * These effects apply to the character, not just the weapon. Items in your off-hand effect your main hand as well and vis versa
