Help please

Now, I'm not one of those people who do nothing but complain about Turbine. Or DDO. But I have an issue that is really starting to bug me. When I play, I don't see any names for anyone. Also, I don't see any damage when I hit an enemy. I have checked my button setup in keymapping. That is not the problem. I put in a ticket in game, and was contacted promptly by Turbine. That was nice. After describing my problem, we went through a few things and I was told pretty much to uninstall and reinstall. So I did. No luck. So I deleted my download, and re-downloaded the game. Reinstalled it. No luck again. Uninstalled, and reinstalled from the disc that I used to play a few years back. I have all of the updates. Still no luck.

Now, I'm not a tech person. I don't know a whole lot about computers, but I know that my system is relatively new and that I shouldn't be having this issue due to my rig. I really like this game, and plan on playing for a long time, but I would really appreciate this issue being addressed. I pay for this game, just like everyone else, and don't think that I should have to deal with this issue. Any help from Turbine or you guys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

This is what I thought too, seems like this would fix the names problem but that wouldn't do anything for the damage numbers, I dont think you can turn that on/off, I could be wrong however.

OP, Try presseing V as Aerniel suggested, see if that does anything.

Its your graphics card. Did you recentlly by a new one or did you update your drivers? If you updated your drivers you need to roll back to your old driver. I had the same problem about a year ago.
