As a nod to D&D PnP and also to help any non-ranger ranged character, how about making all composite long/shortbows give the Bow Strength feat for free? It would really help any fighter/barbarian/rogue types that do not want to take a level of ranger.
For those of you that may not know, in PnP in order for a bow to give a STR bonus to damage it has to be a mighty bow, and a composite bow is a mighty bow with a +0 STR bonus.

Why can't we just leave it the way it is now where the best ranged help you can get is the delete button below your character list?
