New MMOs Comming

With so much mod 9 drama, I figured I'd change the subject a tad and ask how many are eager for starcraft 2, diablo 3, or aion online?
Im beta testing Aion Online right now its pretty cool. I don't like RVR (Realm vs Realm not Risk vs Reward like commonly used) but it seems a lot less minor then most games like World of Warcraft.

Aion has me interested I may give it a try. But Warhammer intrested me as well. Once I downloaded the free trial and played for 15 minutes.......bored.......delete. Just glad I didn't pay $50 for it.

True, however Aion seems pretty interesting the beta events have been a lot of fun. Im always willing to try new things thats what makes me human. If I hadn't I wouldn't be playing DDO.
Mind you not all games are great, like your experience with WAR. Though I liked the idea of war, its PVE was really lacking.

Looking forward to Star Wars: Knights of the Republic, DC Universe Online, possibly Champions as well. Star Trek Online looked interesting as well but new Developers are taking it over, so who knows what will happen with it.

World of Darkness might be a good one. Based on White Wolfs RPG system World of Darkness (Vampires / Werewolves). Being developed by CCP (guys who do Eve Online). They merged, Eve Online is going to be made in to a pen n paper setting.

Then there is the rumor of Cryptic doing Neverwinter Night MMO.

Finally like others have said, Star Wars MMO.

Some of these may never see light of day, fate of alot of mmos :P But they at least look interesting.

These are all years away so I still will play ddo

I'll definitely be going to shut-in mode for Diablo/Starcraft, but only for a while.

Star Trek will get a try.

Star Wars will likely kill DDO, as it's supposed to be using the same combat system.

Well this thread was the first I had heard of the new Star Wars game. Checked out the website. I think I will try out this one as well.

Diablo looks interesting but I think it may also get boring fast for me.

I'm betaing Aion, but it's too reminiscent of Wow and LOTRO for me. Runs smooth and looks nice, but I'm just tired of that genre and not into PVP.

I'm looking forward to Star Wars and mega mega looking forward to Final Fantasy XIV.

Most MMO's don't stand up to DDO's twitch factor. I can't play the old ones I used to anymore because I can't dodge rays/projectiles, jump out of combat range, time blocking, or lots of other things like that.

With that kind of mindset, I'm moistly looking forward to Global Agenda, as far as MMO's go.

Aion is another wow clone, really boring combat and horrible quests.
When you reach mid levels you will have to grind for days to keep leveling, so if you find DDO to be to much of a grind, don't try Aion.
I beta tested it on the chinese servers, and I just wish I could get my time back.

Final Fantasy new MMO meh... I didn't like the last one.. I think it's too early for a new one too but I'm hoping it's good because I do enjoy the FF series.

DC Universe, Stargate, The Agency, All Points Bulletin.

Hoping for something out of one of those 4

I would like to see a Dungeon's and Dragon based game where you can play to lvl 20, run great dungeons, and play every base class but druid. Oh Wait we are waiting on that lol. J/K

Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 are the ones I would love to see.
