Exactly. He whines and cries all evening that he *still* doesn't have a +6 CON ring and they're pricey on the AH. Makes you want to end it all, by golly.

Titanic Docents are great for Ultimate Frisbee pick up games in the Marketplace! They have just that perfect heft that lets you know...heavy storm winds or not, you can make this baby soar!

You can't say there's nothing you can't use, the cloak is always good for every class, and I'm sure most can use the boots as well, maybe even the tome.

you are missing the point. by a lot. fleshlings cant use docents and turbine actually had docents with non-wf race restrictions early on. why the hell does that **** get fixed, but 20th raid completions still give you useless garbage. stupid lazy (not as in stupid AND lazy, but more along the lines of excessively) programmers and project managers on staff let this garbage slide that there is NO logical reason for. try to make a persuasive argument to give a fleshie a docent or a robot a robe. i ****ing dare you.

I'm with Clam. This needs to be fixed. I finished my 20th Titan last week and wanted any one of four items: Gloves, Ring, Belt, or Boots. Guess what I saw on the list? Go on, guess!

Oh, i got a good one. It is because the loot is randomly generated.

Oh, you do not like that one? Well I have a complaint to. Why does my rapier using ac build drow loot stupid things like docents, +1 tomes, +2 tomes-doesnt the game know i started off with these at lvl 1 straight down the line?, w/e scimis, w/e short swords, w/p short swords and daggers.... I want them to be rapiers! Turbine better change the randomness! If I loot a chest 20 times I want the loot I so richly deserve! Why did my caster with 8 str and 10 dex loot not 1, but 2 w/p rapiers? Why Why oh Why? Not to mention 4 scourge chokers, 3 jorgundals collars, several bloodstones.... yet no ring of spell storing?! This must be fixed!

The programmers are not stupid and lazy or however you want it interpreted.... you on the other hand......

Also, only 20 friggin runs? How do you think those of us who have 100+ runs feel about still not getting the named items we want? Yet, most if not all of us have not made idiotic posts.

Also..... make warforged toons then its not a problem. Your gimp ranger would not be so gimp if it was a wf! We are the supreme race after all. (I dont get this whole halfling sacrifice thing though.... they dont make good mummies for my lair) Yes, thats right, my wf wizard is necro specced and WILL summon a mummy just for the party..... hope you have disease and curse pots handy!

You think I just pulled numbers off my back? Did my fair share of raids, incl several 100s of titans without the belt ever dropping, yet I didn't come and whine on forums. In case you missed, raids didn't even always have this 20th completion lists.

As already been pointed out, when my non-wf characters stop getting garbage docents and my wf useless full plates then I may agree with your op. Actually your mentioned - totally irrelevant - fix to rr docents wasn't even a much needed fix, as it wasn't any more "broken" than the non-dwarf rr dwarven axes.

Tough even the op's main complaint wasn't about the docent but that you didn't get the glove/belt boooo f'in hooo. Sorry but that's just whining, nothing more.

this game.

ps: we got class based rewards, not race, and it's confirmed that it dosen't affect raid items.

1. not talking about random loot.
2. yes non-wf docents were/are broken as there is no function in the game that will allow the non-wf race to equip a docent.
3. nobody ever said non dwarf rr dwarf axes are broken (sorta worthless, but not broken by any standards)

to everyone who is missing the point (i thought all that red would make it obvious): dont seriously care about not getting the loot i wanted, i am flabbergasted that robes are on robot 20ths and docents are on fleshie 20ths.

yes it is lazy programming to let garbage like that happen. there. is. no. reason. for. a. non-wf. to. have. a. bound. useless. piece. of. raid. loot. that. cannot. be. shown. to. any. other. player.

THAT is what this godforsaken thread is about. ****, i got a +2 dex tome and ate the **** out of it. i got something useful and wanted, but i am miffed that (in addition to some of my fellow forum-goers having mush for brains) docents go to fleshies and robes go to robots.

let me repeat it if some of you are still confused about what i am talking about:
ROBOTS CANT WEAR ROBES AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PULL THEM ON 20TH RAID COMPLETIONS.
