A Castle would be nice..just a thought

What would be better than having the ability to buy land and a Castle?

I'd love it. You buy a Castle and have Henchman based on your Level, Favor and Reputation (Based on Server).

I remember that from NWN2 and that was one of my favorite parts of the whole game.
Building up the castle defenses and increasing henchman.

You would need to use your gold for upkeep and improvements. Possibly DDO Store Points too!

They could design quests just for the concept of building your castle and it's defenses.

I think it would bring another aspect to the game. A Castle for all your toons(depending on Server).

So you'd have D&D and SIM all in one!

I dont know about owning a castle, but I would love to see a well designed quest inside a big castle!

Hmm, Ultima Online had playerhousing too and i didn't really like it because there were so many people building stuff, that the once beautiful wilderness looked like a suburb next to you. :/

And Ponies, I want ponies.

I don't know the viability of that in DDO, but as a quest sound great. Open exspances, multi leveled ramparts, the group having to split up to cover the area. FUN FUN

Well the idea has merit if it was popular... and remember, we have instanced servers... so you could go into a separate instance to enter a area where this could be done.. some privacy if you desire.. or open to public..
