What are the base dc's on a given scroll before you take an enhancement to improve them? Im trying to figure out what the overall scroll effectivness is after u take all the enhancements?

The DC is 10 + spell level. For instance, the following scrolls have DCs of:
Hypnotism - 11
Halt Undead - 13
Flesh to Stone - 16
Trap the Soul - 18
For DC-based casting, scrolls tend to make a bad substitute.

Thanks mrcow , so all in all taking the enhancements to hieghten scroll dc is all but worthless LOL
for scrolls, stick with the buffage and in the case of undead, the halt undead one is great for a caster in deleras that cannot yet cast it as a spell
also the heal/reconstruct scrolls are good.
restore/gtr restore scrolls are great on a cleric/umd that does not want to take a spot as the scroll does the very same thing as the spell
enervation scrolls have no save and again for a umd cha this is a good way to go
GH scrolls are the bomb if you dont have a pocket caster around or do not want to waste a spot its just an 11 min not a 30 min extended.
TS scrolls for the same reason as GH
stoneskin scrolls (also comes in wand) for a 70 ss.
fireshild scrolls for 50% cold/fire absorb and imunity to web
teleport/greater teleport (same as spell, saves spot/umd-able)
summon monster all work same as spell
raise dead/resurrection work same as spell

Against non-SR mobs (e.g. the Reaver) Waves of Exhaustion scrolls are cool too.

Waves of F and E do stack. However, there is some controversy if they stack with the level 1 and level 3 versions (single target) of their spells.
A) The 1st/5th and 3rd/7th have the same effect...so they should not, but...
B) They show up on the "Buff/Debuff" list when you VIEW the targeted mob (usually a boss).
I guess one way to test would be in PvP, but I always have a nagging susp. regarding how it would effect mobs.
ANYWAY- back on target- Waves spells are quite good for higher end target debuffs.
I would also like to mention-
Flaming Sphere- Level 2. Fun to have 3-4 Flaming balls of mild doom following you in parts of delaras.

Just because something shows in the inspection window for a monster does not mean it always stacks. While Exhaustion and Fatigue will appear in the inspection window, only Exhaustion will work as it overrides Fatigue. The easiest test I can think of off the top of my head to help prove it to others is to find a Gold Concord Wizard or Gold Concord Cleric (8 DEX on any difficulty), cast both Exhaustion and Fatigue on them, and see if they auto-crit.Originally Posted by muffinlad
Another misconception folks have along these same lines is that of cloud stacking for concealment. Even though all the cloud spells will show up on a monster's inspection window, only one will cause a 20% miss chance due to concealment.
