i have found that most people that make deals on these forums are honorable and trustworthy. the OP is not grouped in either category. when you make an agreement for a trade that requires someone to go out of their way to CREATE the item you seek, and then BALK on the deal it shows that you have no class, or honor. you are not worthy of respect or future consideration. i would implore any other Argonites to avoid dealings with such a shady character as the op.....ill be bumping this thread to keep it at the top of the trade threads for the next week.

Yep great way to get around it, just take the scale and tome then go.. Again would never trade my scale or tome before I saw the green-steel items in the trade box. Reality its not a big thing if did make the items I am sure someone will give scale for the rapier. second would not deal with someone that backs out deals after made the item it just shows what kind person they are. Yes its just a game but it still took my time, which I believe my time is worth something. Maybe this poster does not believe his time worth the dam, but mine is. Will I get annoyed yes. Will I deal with the person again with a trade no. I do not have enough time to waste with worthless peeps can not keep there word. Is it the end of the world of course not. (It is just game after all)

Sad thing is I told little whiney child that it was my fault, and I apologized. I even offered him 2 Lrg scales for the Rapiers (instead of the +2 tome) to try to make up for it. But no, little whiney child did not like that or even the fact that I did apologize. I also love the fact that he could not wait to come on here and post it like a little child running home to tell his mother.

Fact is, I am only human, and I do make mistakes. It is quite obvious that some of you are not human and never make mistakes by your posts in this thread. All you can do is jump on a band wagon like a bunch of little house wives that want to talk dirt. I probably play this game as much as anyone that has posted, and for about as long, but unlike you I treat this as a GAME not my fricken life!

If mistakes are made, thats fine. However. GreenSteel Items Bind On Equip.

This makes it impossible to trade them back once you get it, slap it into someones hand, and then have a chance to say "aww, i'm sorry i forgot that for some reason i can't complete the trade."

I wasn't involved, but if GreenSteel items are involved, and someone doesn't hold up their end of the deal, there is a HUGE chance that someone just got really boned.

Jocko is never appologetic. Hes not a terrible player, but niether is he a normal human being. Treating DDO like a game is fine. Treating deals like a game is not.

He could have offered the guy 1 Mil plat to make up for the problems, it doesn't matter. The crafter could have spent his last ingreds and Stone to make an item for him, and was now out a bunch of time and grinding.

The one thing i CAN say adamantly though, is that Jocko has a terrible attitude towards this sort of thing.
