And to clarify... first he was BANNED for 30 days. Then he had his accounts DEACTIVATED for plat farming. Now, turbine won't respond to his inquiries as to why he got banned. They have been giving him the run around and are pretty much treating him like a piece of **** customer. I mean seriously, he pays out the yin yang for accounts, turbine sould give him a little bit more respect as a customer.

This problem with him is seriously making me reconsider my future with turbine. As much as I love the game, I feel that turbine treats their customers like ****. And yes, I am referring to more than one player this time.

this post stemmed because you had 2 wop with him and you want them back. since that guy's account is banned it means you have no way of retrieving them and thats why you are mad at turbine. your OP and subsequent posts brings up a horde of suspicions

1. what were the 2 wop doing with him?

2. if you lent it to him, then you must consider him a friend. if so, why didnt you advise him in his behavior?

3. if they were part of an uncompleted trade, then why did you still trade with him given his infamy?

4. turbine is seldom wrong with account banning (so far the players i know that got banned really deserved it). if they were right, what assurances did you have that this guy was trying to sell the wops?

5. you said you ran alot with that guy and your wallet isnt balling. if you really played as much as you claim then your wallet should be over flowing (i have 10 characters, 10 shrouds = 5 hrs, assuming drop rate of 1.5 large per run = 15 larges, assuming statistical distribution = 2 large scales = 500k pp not counting other loot)

6. if people is trying to get him banned and is not successful, doesnt that show turbine's policy?

i have my fair share of brushes with turbines police and in each instance, they were fair. plat farming could be another issue all together since so much is needed to prove it beyond reasonable doubt. it could be he was really banned for his ingame antics and the people who banned him accidentally put in the wrong reason

take this piece of advice from me. come mod 9 your wops are going to be useless anyways (if mod 9 ever comes)

He may not have deserved it this time... However, his pleas of innocence are unlikely to be believed, and that's his own fault. A criminal who gets arrested for robbing 5 liquor stores is not likely to believed when he claims he didn't rob the sixth one (even if true). That's a direct consequence of him robbing the 5 liquor stores before...

I was fine with his account getting banned, not fine with his account getting deactivated for plat farming. He's not selling the wops because he cannot log on to his account. His last account was perma-banned for the exact same behavior and thus started a new account which now was deactivated.

Playing the game is not the same as farming the game. We play the game, we don't farm. I've never sold any of my ingredients from shroud.

Seriously i guess everything must be explained to you. I'm pretty darn sure that Turbine knows exactly who this is and is tired of people reporting him for every little thing. So, I suspect they just decided to make up some BS and deactivate his account for that.

well congrats on that purchase, I bought a wop for 500k plat about a month ago. Still, my wops are my wops... I lent it to a friend who has returned it to me more than several different occasions. Its still my property no matter how good or bad it is.
