Suggestions on Items

So I finally, after 2 1/2 years of playing, rolled my first cleric. He's lvl 7 so far, and quickly climbing the ranks. What I'm wanting to know is. What types of items are people equiping their cleric with?

Here's what I have in mind so far. Lend me your thoughts..

Place - Item
Helm - Minos Legens
Necklace - Lorrik's Necklace
Trinket - Mummified Bat
Cloak -
Belt - Belt of Brute Strength
Ring - Ring of Thelis
Boots -
Gloves - Gauntlets of Eternity
Ring -
Goggles -

Main Hand -
Off Hand (Shield) - Lorikk's Champion

Armor - Dragontouched Plate Armor
Eldritch Rune - Resistance +5
Tempest Rune - Spell Penetration VIII
Sovereign Rune - Lorrik's Champion

Heh, you got some serious grinding there...

Clerics are fairly easy to equip... You're going to want a Sup Pot VI or Greater Pot VII in your main hand until you get all three () Lorrik items.

You don't need the Belt from Titan (yuck.. you want to grind for that??). You've got enough slots to get

Sup Pot VI or Greater Pot VII weapon
+6 CON item (belt or ring)
Disease Immunity of Greater False Life (ring?)
+3 Exceptional Wisdom Shroud weapon someday

When you've got all the stuff listed in your OP... You'll just stand around with the +3 Exceptional Wisdom Weapon and the Lorrik's Shield...

Before that, you'll need to switch between a Sup Pot VI weapon, a Spell Pen weapon, and your Exceptional Wisdom weapon.

Not that hard to do... just set up weapon combos, switch to the Spell Pen and Exc. Wisdom combo when casting Destruction... Switch to the Sup Pot VI and Exc. Wisdom combo when casting blade barrier, and switch to (probably) Heal scroll and Sup Pot VI combo when healing.

For your SP Shroud item, make it Air-Air-Air (for the haste clickable) and put it in your goggle slot.

Depend on which kind of cleric you want to play -- casting focus, pure healbot, or battle cleric, even heavy melee speced one? Since they may have very different gear setup.

cause if you are i would sugest the belt of seven ideals for your belt slot i have it on 3 of my clerics and is fairly sweet
