Thinking of rolling up a 2nd barbarian. this time going 2 rog instead of 2ftr and going dwarf instead of WF. My question is... does this look right?

Looks good, will be a fine build.
Especially as the dwarf will be able to make better use of Evasion, because of the dwarfen spell resistance.Erzskalde (Warchanter) / Erzassassin (just passing through - ignore me) / Erzsoldat (waiting for TR-time) / Erzschmied (ranged Artificer)

Yea looks cool.
Only improvement i'd make is changing out toughness to stunning blow.. Stunning blow is quite an awesome feat on a TWF barb.

Agree with Shade, I would rather have Stunning Blow instead of Toughness. You will have plenty of hit points as is, and you have evasion which helps mitagate some damage from traps/spells.
