What would the appropriate price range be to buy a scale from someone else?

Since the question has been answered I am changeing this over to: Offering 300kpp per scale.

yeah try the trade channel as well

i would think..
you would find some for sale at 250kpp...
and definately at 300 if you didnt want to wait long.
