You dont sue. you tell your card company that you canceled and why, they refund your money and charge back turbine what they gave you. it's then up to turbine to show that they lived up to their end of the agreement. But as long as you state that you are dissatisfied with the service their is nothing Turbine can do.

What you are describing is FRAUD
You agreed to a service for a year for a set amount of money. They are providing the service. While updates are nice, they are not for sure going to happen.
Also, unless you recently had the charge go through, it is most likely past the time that you are able to challenge it. Read your rules. I know the merchant rules well enough to know that.
One last thing: Turbine can very easily prove that you planned to commit this FRAUD by your posts here.

Take a walk through the dev tracker ... I am sure it wont take but 10 to 15 links to find where they did say it. Hint to make it a little easier you will want to look at Tolero's and Tarrant's posts and not in the mod 9 tail gate thread. If you search using those criteria you should find several.
