First question: Why Human? Fighters have such a wealth of bonus feats that the Human's greatest feature (the extra feat) pretty much comes out in the wash. If you want DPS as a pure Fighter, I think WF is the no-brainer choice because of the Power Attack enhancements -- the only enhancement line any race has that increases the damage of the top-of-the-heap Khopesh.
Probably the main reason to consider Human is if you want a massive Intimidate score (from the Human Dragonmarks) -- and in that case you better focus on AC first and just take the TWF line as an afterthought for those cases where DPS trumps Intimidation.
Tell us more about what you want and why, and I'm sure someone will help you out!

Thanks for the good feedback. Does it make sense to stay pure fighter for the capstone benefit with a WF build? Have you seen this kind of build out there?
I really like the idea of 2 builds atm, dwarf using DAs or a WF with Khopeshs. The WF will have a nice DR,more DPS and the WF hate line is great for VOD on any setting.
Jeets said he wouldn't tell Turbine. ;(
The straight Fighter WF definitely looks good as a true DPS build with some decent versatility (Tower Shield up for defensive mode). My personal preference is to splash Monk 2 for Evasion and some help with saves, but the peak DPS at 20 is pretty clearly the straight Fighter with the Kensai line and dual-wielding Khopeshes. I think Aaxeyu made a good build of this, but I can't seem to search it up quickly. Maybe it was on the European forums?
But anyhow I don't think it's a particularly hard build to put together, because the straight Fighter with a focus on DPS has several outright dump stats. How bout:
STR: 18 (all level bumps here)
DEX: 16 (+1 Tome to get to 17 prereq for iTWF and gTWF)
CON: 12 (this looks light but you've got every enhancement on earth for HP and don't need Fort save help)
WIS: 10 (just because I hate failing Will saves)
CHA: 6
INT: 8
Wear stat items on STR, DEX, CON, and WIS.
Personally I'd also invest in Iron Will and Construct Thinking -- will save really has the potential to be your weakpoint. But otherwise you just take every damage-increasing feat and enhancement in existence. Probably the one "big thing" to think about is whether you go all-out to turn DR into a big asset (including Adamantine Body even though that hurts your AC), or instead sprinkle your "spare" feats into nice-to-haves like Spring Attack and Whirlwind Attack. In the latter case, no need to take a body feat since your AC won't be useful in the end-game anyhow. (Mithral could be nice for zerging through the low levels, but respec it later.)
Skill: 1/2 jump, 1/2 balance.

Except with a human ... he can do both GTWG KENSAI at the top human melee and turn into a decent half AC/Intimitank with only switching items on the fly. My Three plus years experience with the fighter class... always take Khopesh, PA, IC, toughness and always take CE. Aside from that always build to be able to grasp any feats at will... thus never shelved nor reroll. Kensai pres for instance total 5 feats... WF PA line adds 2 damage over human as Human can reach +2 more strength in base easier. Drawback to humans are saves where WF have immunities... and let me tell you... if you think a fighter has more feat slots then you know what to do with... go ask around and see what thay all want on thier wish list as the levels increase... not to mention whatever feats are yet to be released... Fighters currently have 15 feats (human fighters 16)... Rangers are twf kings right now not just because of tempest... but their versitility sets them strong with abilities which compensate the 6 selectable feats they do get.
Not touting what's better... but draw/roll it up in every race and see what you come up with.

♣ A Baker's dozen in the Prophets of the New Republic and Fallen Heroes. ♣
Abaigeal(TrBd25), Ailiae(TrDrd2), Ambyre(Rgr25), Amilia(Pl20), Einin(TrRgr25), Emili(TrFgt25), Heathier(TrClc22), Kynah(TrMnk25), Meallach(Brb25), Misbehaven(TrArt22), Myara(Rog22), Rosewood(TrBd25) and Sgail(TrWiz20) little somethings with flavour 'n favour
Decent AC is possible on an armored twf human fighter... its just hard to get and it won't last past a palis aura or a bards song.
bonus...running total...
10 … 10 ….. base
15 .... 25 ….. dragontouched plate
4 ….. 29 ….. dex bonus (with armor mastery, could get more out of a dwarf)
5 ….. 34 ….. protection (+5 item)
4 ….. 38 ….. shroud insight weapon
1 ….. 39 ….. alchemical armor
5 ….. 44 ….. combat expertise (if situationally you can give up dps by turning off PA)
5 ….. 49 ….. ranger bark
3 ….. 52 ….. chattering ring
1 ….. 53 ….. haste (typical AC level without weird buffs)
4 ….. 57 ….. shield clickies (or wand if umd)
2 ….. 59 ….. recitation (wand if umd?) (~max self buffed AC, less 2 for not having ranger bark)
5 ….. 64 ….. pali aura
4 ….. 68 ….. bard song
Its a nice option to have.. as an armored TWF pure fighter you can tank in VOD at a 68 AC without being too much of a burden though it takes alot of gear farming (you'll still get hit, but it won't be that bad). Its gonna be pretty rare to get to that AC though, and not having power attck turned on is a sacrifice for sure.
I like Humans for their extra feat but thats not a big deal on a fighter. The other great thing about humans is the healing amp line (which mostly stacks multiplicativly meaning you can get to ~245% on a human fighter (1.1*1.1*1.2*1.3*1.3).. actually it will more commonly be about 240% because of the whole issue with the order you put on the finger necklace.. but thats a whole other story.
Anyways, with ~240% healing amp you can hit yourself with a CSW pot for over 60 points... it goes a long way to self sufficiency. Things like the jungle cloak will hit you for 10 or 11 points a tick rather then the 5 points they hit for people without healing amp.
I have both a human pure fighter (with healing amp) and a AC slanted warforged fighter 14 /monk 2.
The WF is an absolute pig to self-heal because of the lower amount that the repair pots are hitting him for. He can UMD but its not reliable without alot more investment in gear. Still WF does nice damage with the power attack enhancements, and its nice to have the WF tactics line if you like to use stunning blow. So far, I like my human fighter better for improved self sufficiency, but the WF is sorta fun too. It all depends on what you want, I think both have their merits. In the upcoming mod a WF THF might be interesting (because of the WF THF line) something you might want to look into.
In terms of other races:
Also consider halfling for the improved damage from the halfling guile line, and you might want to consider halfling healing marks. You'll do great damage with a halfling as long as you don't draw agro all the time.
You could go dwarf for the axe enhancements if you think there will be alot of very high AC monsters in mod 9 (slightly less damage vs khopesh, but +2 more to hit with enhancements). You could get more AC out of a dwarf as well with the dwarven armor mastery line but want to watch out not to gimp yourself by concentrating too much on dex, and not enough on the other stats.
I personally can't think of any great reason to go elf/drow for a pure fighter unless you wanted to make some weird finesse build that wore icy raiments... probably not a good idea though. I suppose you might make one if you were going to be a kensai stat damager and wanted the rapier enhancements.
