    i love my monks weapon +2 Shocking burst handwraps of greater elemental bane.
    but i would say prolly something similar with icy burst is the best cause all of them take damage to it and it does more damage against fire ele's

    as it stands there are no ice ele's yet and most dont engage air ele's with weapons so shocking or icy burst greater ele banes are the best in my opinion.

    I wonder if a quicker kill (post Mod-9) could be acheived by using weapons to lower the elemental's ability score to Zero, and then switching to a killing-by-critical damage weapon ?

    The elemental would have to have a heck of a lot of Hit Points for this to make a difference, or if I were soloing the elemental then I could see doing this. In a group the combined damage of the team will probably continue to make this a moot point.

    Point. Mt Reysalon eles go down faster with frost gebs than wound/dreamspitter (solo scaled)...no cue that their con is gone may (or may not) be part of that.

    I do believe you can petrify them, but they do not have flesh.

    In other words, you can turn them to stone with Prismatic Ray/Spray, but not with Flesh to Stone.

    Gotcha. So an enervating arcane + wounding melees + FoD might be a reasonable setup for SoS 3, otherwise it'll be all straight DPS next mod?

    Stealer of Souls fire elementals have Sor'jek's Command, which protects them from instant death effects and mental effects. Finger of Death is not a way to take them down.

    I kind of like triple negative gs for most ele's and mephits. You still do not bypass dr but at least none of you numbers come up "immune".

    • Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
    • Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
    • Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
    • Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.

    I'll wager the enervate proc will only go on an SA, but I could be wrong. And in any event, because those are procs, I'm not sure that would be any faster than wound to 0 and dreamspitter.

    Sounds like frost gebs or water III's ftw.
