I have been playing DDO for several years and I always keep my eyes out for "twink" items. Unfortunately, my bank only holds so many things! I am looking to get rid of the following:
+5 Sonic Returning (50%) Arrows
Minimum Level 1 (400 in stock)
Any character with a bow will find these arrows invaluable. These arrows provide a large static boost to attack and damage rolls (+5), ensuring that characters with the poorest of dexterity scores will still hit their mark. The additional sonic damage is rarely resisted by any enemy in the game, and the 50% returning means that you save valuable inventory space on your adventures.

Ring of Mage Armor
Minimum Level 1
Why waste an item slot on those +4 armor bracers from Waterworks when you can cast Mage Armor instead? Three charges per rest lets you stay buffed for up to 30 minutes between rest shrines.
Stats
Robe of Command
Minimum Level 1
Use this easy-to-swap robe as a +2 bonus to important Charisma skills, such as Use Magic Device or Haggle! Handy for adventurers of any level.
Stats
Front
Back
+1 Docent of Command
Minimum Level 2
Similar to the Robe of Command, except designed for our Warforged allies.
Stats
+1 Acid Dwarven Axe of Pure Good
Minimum Level 4
This Dwarven Axe has the capacity to top the early level DPS charts. Dwarves do not require an additional feat to use this weapon and they can benefit from their racial Axe Damage enhancement line to boost their damage with this weapon, and nothing at low levels is immune or resistant to Acid or Pure Good!
Stats
+1 True Chaos Greataxe of Righteousness
Minimum level 4
While this greataxe does not quite have the punch of a Maelstrom at low levels, it is certainly nothing to laugh at. Virtually all opponents at low levels are either Lawful (such as kobolds, hobgoblins) or Neutral (Iron Defenders, spiders, wolves). Against evil, nonchaotic enemies this greataxe functions as a +3 3d6 weapon. Note that Righteous damage is multiplied on criticals.
Stats
+1 Frost Returning Throwing Hammer of Pure Good
Minimum Level 4
Suffer none of the drawbacks of a bow again! With this weapon in your inventory, feel confident that you will not have to sacrifice your AC by putting away your shield or run out of ammo at an inconvenient moment. This is recommended for strength-based characters, as you will get your full strength bonus to damage.
Stats
+1 Holy Khopesh of Righteousness
Minimum Level 6
Versus evil enemies (99% of DDO), this khopesh functions as a +3 2d6+1d8 weapon. Overall, this is a very reliable weapon--and a rare find, since it is a khopesh. Note that Righteous damage is multiplied on criticals.
Stats
+1 Holy Heavy Mace of Pure Good
Minimum Level 6
Undead will fear any character who runs up swinging this glowstick! Works great versus any evil enemy, and requires only Simple Weapon Proficiency to use.
Stats
+5 Lesser Fireguard Mithral Full Plate
Minumum Level 8 (RR Elf, Drow; UMD 18)
Mithral Full Plate has become much easier to get since it was added to static loot tables (Jinx's Vexation, Full Plate of the Defender), and was made obsolete at high levels with the release of Dragontouched armor. Still, this suit provides a formidable defense for level 8 characters.

Back
+5 Longbow of Puncturing
Minimum Level 12
Kind of like a "Stick-o'-Win," except at a distance. Works great with Manyshot or Barbarian Critical Rage!
Stats
+1 Axiomatic Burst Greataxe of Greater Evil Outsider Bane
Minimum Level 14
Versus demons, this weapon functions as a +5 7d6 weapon with an additional 4d6 damage on criticals. WOW! Unfortunately, not many demons currently exist in DDO, and because it is neither Cold Iron nor Good, it will not pierce the damage reduction of the most powerful demons. On the other hand, it will certainly be able to take out the trash in Mod 9, which is looking to focus more on DPS-based combat and Two Handed Fighting!

Feel free to mix and match items in your offers. In addition to normal bribery (larges, plat, etc) feel free to throw in consumables, such as mana potions, Zyxxy cookies, true resurrection cakes, and collectables which are useful for eldrich recipies (such as lighting-split soarwood, luminescent dust, etc).
I value Scarabs of Spell Absorption very high!
(Will update as new items come in and old items leave.)
