so im stuck on a build

so with new mod i wana make a new charicter and im stuck on witch one i want to roll,

so i dont run shroud alot so i wont be able to get more then one greensteel tier 3. And only raids i run are reaver,hound,vod. So witch build will be better w/ gear from those raids.

a Pure 16 sorc (wf or drow)
a pure 16 halfling fenise tempist ranger
or a Pure 16 halfling rouge assasin.
