You know. Speediness would make an awesome cleric capstone, much better than the one already set.

Divine Urgency:

Gain a permenant +10% bonus to run/walk and casting speed.

Divine Urgency? Makes it sound like the poor Cleric has to pee. Must be all those mana pots he's been chugging.
