Okay I know, you give up!
Half-elves! They're cool a mixture of humans and elves and are a natural part of the Eberron setting
For sure Eberron needs its 2 most flavor races.

well my first choice would be undead - why? - because then when a cleric says he cant heal any warforged in the party i'll simply witch over to my undead character.
second choice would be half orc, of course - why? - because half orcs do more damage than my halfling fighter con build for some reason..
third choice wold be half warforged, because of course warforged are so incredibly over powered in this game, even though many people fail to see this cause they like being healed or whatever but don't realize that when you're a warforged you don't need heals to kick some -- anyways haveing a human head to kick around on a warforged would even out the class a bit more with the rest of the inferior races
i am aware that one or two of these races might not be in d&d somewhere but they would still be fun to playexcept the half warforged.. all the qualities of a warforged except the epic part
Firstly I would love to play a beholder, 4 slots for goggles would make my eyestalks go hard, and imagine how handy 4 pairs of immunity to blindness goggles would be.
My next choice would be Yuan-ti i've wanted to play one ever since I read the Serpent's Kiss books, psionics rock and grafting appendages is way cool, I wonder if I could get extra goggle slots?
Last but not least is the Ettin so I could talk to myself about the lack of quality goggles on the market.
1. Thri-Kreen
2. Half Giants
3. Deep Gnomes
4. Gelatinous Cube
Seriously, just think how fun it would be playing a cube.
My three races are:
1) Half-Orcs: Because my favorite PnP character was a Half-Orc
2) Half-Orcs: Because they are thematic, great for role-playing, and downright cool
3) Half-Orcs: Because I cancelled my account when the final disappointment for this game set in when Ms. Paiz mentioned Half-Orcs and Druids were being shelved
Have I made my choice clear?
Holgar
If we are not restricted to Eberron, then as follows-
Draconian: Always liked the idea of dragon-kin being playable.
Kender: Always loved my little sneak-thief in my old Dragonlance campaigns.
Kalashtar(sp): They fit into the Eberron lore too well to exclude.
And this may have been asked before, but why ask about non-Eberron specific races? Is part of SS and VM moving to some of the more well known realms?
I. Half Orc
II. Dragon born
III. Gully Dwarf
